This is the second release candidate for the upcoming 1.10 release. It contains mostly bugfixes and small improvements.
Back in February, communications between Mbin and Mastodon instances suddenly became one-way, Mbin instances receiving Mastodon updates, but not the opposite.
Local votes are a bit more private.
