Big update to my blog detailing every game studio using AI. I added Crystal Dynamics, Owlcat, Pearl Abyss, Mistwalker, and three more. One of those is GenDesign, which claims not to use AI for its games, only “behind the scenes” work. I detailed why I included them in the post.

By which I mean, how incomplete is it? I usually wait for games to be fully released, but I’m going to have a lot of my free time disappearing later this year, and I might need to break my rule with this one if it’s pretty complete.
It occurred to me that I don’t know any FOSS e-sport games off the top of my head and I don’t know why. I looked it up and it doesn’t seem like there are many tournaments around and I got to thinking about what would make a good FOSS e-sport and I don’t know that I have a really clear idea of it. It’s been on my mind a lot though so I wanted to see what you all think about it.
